A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team as you take charge of the order execution process, ensuring every customer order is handled with precision and care. You will manage the entire lifecycle of orders, from receipt and verification to fulfillment and delivery. Imagine collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and production teams to guarantee timely order completion while addressing any technical or commercial topics that arise. Your role will also involve supervising financial aspects, coordinating transport logistics, and ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will handle the receipt, verification, and entry of customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with different internal departments (like sales, logistics and production) to handle change orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Be responsible for the financial aspects of orders, including invoicing and cost calculations, in partnership with the BA team.
- Define and handle the transport logistics for equipment, coordinating with forwarders and customers for seamless delivery.
- Prepare and be in charge for all necessary documentation related to orders, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
What You Bring
- A degree or equivalent experience in Electromechanical Engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar area, showcasing your expertise in the field.
- Proficiency in Portuguese as your native language, with advanced English skills to communicate effectively.
- Strong technical proficiency in relevant software and systems, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
