- Lead the charge in coordinating cross-functional digital finance initiatives, ensuring strategic coherence and successful delivery across Corporate and Business Area Finance in a federated model.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, initiative planning, and effective communication rhythms to drive success.
- Design and champion programs that enhance digital finance literacy, fostering a digitally fluent and engaged organization.
- Build and nurture a team of program and change managers to support strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Drive coordination and alignment across the Operations Leadership Team, capturing important information and action items to help facilitate accountability among key stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance, coupled with an interest in energy markets, and how wind farm projects create financial value for customers.
- Extensive experience in program and change management, with a strong focus on digitalization and process innovation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, able to simplify complexity and structure ambiguity.
- Proven success in leading strategic transformation programs, ideally within finance or enterprise functions.
- Exceptional ability to coordinate complex initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups, driving collaboration and alignment.
- A track record of developing talent and fostering growth through coaching, mentoring, and structured development programs.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams around a shared vision.
