Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for driving technological excellence in a global manufacturing environment? We're looking for a highly capable Head of IT Business Partner to fully own all IT topics for our Industrial Steam Turbines and Generators (SE TI STG) business unit worldwide. This critical role demands a strategic problem solver with exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse IT landscape and drive innovation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as the single point of contact and ultimate owner for all IT matters within the Industrial Steam Turbines and Generators business unit, ensuring IT strategy aligns with business goals.
- Orchestrate Demand and Budgets, manage project and demand budgets, prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and scalability, and ensure optimal resource allocation across programs.
- Build strong relationships and maintain close coordination with SE TI STG business unit management and key partners, effectively communicating IT initiatives and challenges.
- Deliver expert digital business consulting for the entire value chain, facilitate workshops, and lead high-quality projects that enable IMB transformation and digital maturity with a focus on identifying and integrating AI use cases to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Drive the creation of a harmonized, end-to-end Digital/IT architecture within IMBs to ensure strategic alignment and scalability in alignment in data strategy and concepts in STG.
- High school degree or equivalent experience in Information Technologies, Data Science or similar.
- Demonstrated success in IT management, project coordination, and overseeing complex IT operations, particularly within manufacturing or factory environments.
- A track record of leading and developing diverse IT teams.
- Knowledge of AI use cases and their practical implementation to drive business value.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with good communication and coordination skills, enabling effective engagement with all levels of management and partners.
- Experience in a comparable industry, with the ability to strategically guide and manage the digitalization journey for an entire area in alignment with executive leadership.
