A snapshot of your day: Working with all aspects of field construction projects including; mechanical and electrical system installations, welding, budget tracking, schedule tracking, quality, safety, verbal and written communications with Siemens management and customers, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Will assist in the facilitation of projects regarding construction-related issues from proposal development, design, procurement, field construction, startup, and commissioning, to project review and closeout
- Will assist the engineering department with design development, working with construction schedules, and maintaining schedule updates
- Procuring miscellaneous materials from the field. Assisting the Procurement Department with material procurement and delivery schedules
- Preparing daily and weekly reports and maintaining customer communications and relations at the worksite and involved in Quality Control
- Will certify subcontractor labor, and materials tracking document cost related to change order work and non-budgeted work
- Recommending engineering design modifications for design improvement in fabrication, quality, and appearance, and reductions in fabrication costs and/or construction costs and other projects and activities as part of the Team
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED / Technical knowledge of industrial engine systems preferred
- Availability for extended travel to project sites and heavy lifting (50 pounds), must be able to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other hoisting equipment
- Licensed forklift truck operator
- At least 5 years of experience in the field
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record, as business needs dictate, extensive travel is required and non-standard schedules at customer field locations with exposure to varying environmental conditions
- Excellent writing, interpersonal and speaking skills and using MS Office products and general computer familiarity in a network setting

The base salary range for this position in Fort Collins, Colorado is $77,000.00 – $115,000.00 and the annual incentive target is 10% of base salary.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
