- Continuous innovation and value creation within supplier management, driving measurable business impact and long-term operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with extensive professional experience
- Long-standing experience in supplier management, strategic procurement, quality management, and supply chain resilience
- Expertise in AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions for transformation, innovation, and digitalization in supplier management
- Strong capability in managing, integrating, and optimizing end-to-end supplier management data streams and digital tool landscapes
- Advanced analytical, conceptual, and project management skills with a results-oriented approach to complex, global business challenges
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in matrix organizations, with fluent English and additional languages, especially German, as an advantage
