Join our driven and collaborative commercial team where you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping complex projects on track financially and operationally. You’ll take ownership of key SAP tasks, from booking new and change orders to closing completed projects, and ensure every detail is accurate and up to date. You’ll prepare calculations, manage invoicing, and oversee purchasing requests that keep our international projects moving. Your expertise will help secure risk and payment follow-up, extend bank guarantees, and support smooth reporting after each forecast period. Every day, you’ll be contributing to the success of projects that power innovation and sustainable energy worldwide.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Book new and change orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy for sales order creation and project amendments.
• Close completed projects and upload new order calculations into SAP.
• Prepare purchase requisition templates and calculations for onshore costs, invoicing regional entities where required.
• Manage warranty cost invoicing in internal projects and create IPOs for core engines.
• Coordinate master data requests for new customers and logistics partners, and update payment dates in SAP after PMTX cut-off.

What You Bring

• A degree from the Swedish Gymnasium in business administration.
• Around 2 years of experience in business administration, with solid accounting and controlling knowledge.
• Advanced SAP skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• A detail-oriented, analytical, and organized approach with the motivation to contribute as a supportive team player.

About the Team

You’ll join a highly skilled business administration team that thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and commitment to project success. Working closely with Commercial Project Managers and Project Managers, the team ensures seamless financial and administrative processes for projects spanning different regions. Together, you’ll enable smooth operations for global energy solutions by maintaining top-quality data and driving continuous improvement across systems and workflows.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
