A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as the AGT Cost Program Lead, where you will take charge of delivering the yearly AGT productivity cost-out target. You will govern the cost program, ensuring timely reporting of status to all stakeholders within and outside the AGT product line. Your role will involve managing the AGT Target Cost Program, focusing on aligning our competitive baseline cost position with market price and margin expectations. Collaborate with frame and portfolio cost leads, supply chain, and various business areas to achieve productivity and target cost objectives, making a significant impact on our operational efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will manage the AGT productivity cost-out program, setting individual targets in collaboration with product cost managers and delivering the overall AGT cost-out target.
  • You will lead regular NCC cost-out reviews, ensuring the annual AGT NCC cost-out target is met while following up on overdue measures in OPW and Prioneer.
  • You will maintain the Target Cost Dashboard and drive improvements through digital business initiatives, translating PRM requirements into prioritised actions and deliverables.
  • You will communicate and promote cost-out initiatives across the organisation, engaging with AGT executives and encouraging new cost-out idea generation.
  • You will own the AGT cost processes, maintaining the target costing/cost-out SharePoint site and updating governance documents, while also organising annual cost team meetings to share best practices.

What You Bring

  • You hold a degree in Engineering or a business-related field.
  • You possess the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally to AGT.
  • You are capable of working autonomously and have excellent written, verbal communication, and project management skills.
  • You demonstrate dynamic facilitation skills and have high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You have a solid understanding of regional/local business practices and prior experience in technical, finance, procurement, product, or commercial groups is preferred.
