- Responsibility for leveraging enterprise cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure) to enable automation solutions in collaboration with platform teams
- Design and management of CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models and automation solutions, ensuring efficient build–test–deploy cycles
- Implementation of monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks to ensure reliability, performance, and smooth operations
- Application of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization technologies (e.g., Terraform, Docker, API gateways, Snowflake, SAP)
- Development and enforcement of best practices in DevOps, ensuring compliance with IT security, data privacy, and audit standards
- Collaboration within Agile teams and contribution to the digital expert community through documentation and mentorship
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Extensive experience in leading DevOps engineering for cloud-native and business-critical solutions
- Proficiency in AWS (Azure advantageous), CI/CD tools, and containerization/orchestration technologies
- Proven ability to maintain high system availability and performance, ideally within finance or other high-impact sectors
- Solid understanding of secure software development, compliance standards, and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch)
- Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on rapid prototyping and MVP delivery
