Join us as an Electrical Site BoP Installation Engineer and immerse yourself in a dynamic role that combines hands-on mechanical installation with a commitment to quality. You will ensure that installations of gas turbine and extended scope plants meet contractual requirements and Siemens Energy’s high standards. Collaborating closely with local installation contractors, you will provide essential technical support and on-site leadership, guiding the installation process every step of the way. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, while also serving as a key liaison between the customer and the Swedish project team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support customers and local installation contractors on-site to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with installation processes, standards, and safety requirements to uphold Siemens Energy’s reputation.
• Perform inspections and approve completed mechanical installations, guaranteeing quality outcomes.
• Prepare systems for handover to the commissioning team, facilitating seamless transitions.
• Coordinate with the customer and internal project stakeholders to foster collaboration and efficiency.

What You Bring

• You have experience in industrial electric installation work, preferably in a leading role as a cable puller, dresser, or connector.
• A background in the new construction of energy or major plants is advantageous.
• You possess a strong practical understanding of electrical systems and installation processes.
• Your commitment to health, safety, and work environment standards is unwavering.
• You are proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• You can identify and resolve issues efficiently on-site, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience working in international and multicultural teams is a plus.
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a bonus.

Requirements: Swedish or EU citizenship, residing in Sweden, and registered in the Swedish social insurance system. Before employment, a health check, credit report, and criminal record extract will be conducted.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
