A Snapshot of Your Day 

Continuous maintenance and updating of the power plant I&C control system and the power plants network system at customer site, frequent communication and coordination with the regional project team, subcontractors, and customer representatives.

Your profile

  • You are professional with Bachelor’s degree/ certification in the field of Applied Informatics or System Integration. Ideally you already have previous professional experience in the field of power-plant automation systems.
  • You are a junior and have finished your apprenticeship in fields of system integration, server administration or similar
  • You possess basic knowledge of plant technology and automation technology.
  • You have a detailed knowledge in the area of system integration and stand-alone network systems with the associated components.
  • Fluent German and intermediate English language skills are mandatory.
  • You are able to work in teams as well as individually (depending on the project size).
  • You have willingness to travel to Germany (> 50%) – you will mainly work on projects which are geographically situated in the Bavarian region, but also Germany-wide.


Your Responsibilities

  • Your responsibility will be to administer the various components of the currently used Siemens Energy power-plant automation systems (Omnivise T3000 control system).
  • You will also ensure the functionality and availability of the installed equipment.
  • The execution of installations, updates, upgrades, increments and migrations for our I&C control system both in-house and on-site will be included in your duties.
  • Independently you will perform preventive and corrective service assignments for these control systems at our customer sites.
  • You will analyse system incidents via remote access and directly on-site and make all necessary corrections.
  • Your area of responsibility will be rounded off by providing client counselling and customer-specific consulting.
