- Support growth opportunities, sales pipeline with existing and new customers in conjunction with the sales manager and local account teams
- Are fully accountable and responsible for planning and executing SIEAERO client projects (cost, time, functionality, customer satisfaction)
- Handle all Project Excellence@Siemens Energy relevant planning elements and milestone work results, incl. setting up and maintaining the Project Management Plan
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers (incl. change requests, contract, claim management)
- Define, design, implement and continuously improve the PM framework of executing multi SIEAERO service projects globally
- Manage customer expectations and requirements with respect to functionality and overall quality of the provided solution
- Act as mentor to junior and less experienced colleagues
- In very simple words: You own the project – transforming it from an opportunity lead to happy customer – your role is key for our team to execute it to our customers and our management’s expectations. It is all about efficient organization, transparent communication and of course ensuring delivery in time, cost, and quality
- Find the right balance between a structured process and agile methods to thrive efficiency in a context where your solution-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial approaches will be valued
- You drive the project execution team to be efficient and focused – by holding the team, our suppliers and our customers accountable to the aligned plan. And if we want to deviate from that plan, you find win-win situations
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree Engineering or Business or M.Sc.; and adequate experience in customer project management in industrial, preferably utility environments. Industry-relevant project management certifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in client-facing project management and project execution in the energy sector. Track record in power grids, complex services and tendering of services may further complement your ideal profile
- Proven experience in business development – and direct B2B sales (client-facing)
- Ideally, you have gained previous experience in growing a startup or other fast-moving organization or in managing highly dynamic projects and are willing to dive into this adventure
- As you act in an international environment you are perfectly fluent in speaking and writing both German and English, since you execute projects in both English and German
- You are well structured, a good communicator and are optimistically driving for efficient win-win situations
- You are strongly solution oriented and customer centric and have a mindset to win – and to drive a team to match winning strategy and attractive offering
