Our FIRE team is an agile innovator for Portfolio Unit T SV LS (Lifecycle Services) with responsibility for development and scale-up of new / own portfolio elements (e.g. SIEAERO) or to apply new technology in established fields. 
FIRE is the creative incubator in the transmission service surrounding – combining disruptive market elements with huge growth potential and the need to apply a different way of working

Your profile
  • Outstanding academical track record in an economical subject
  • More than 5 years of experience in the utility industry and strong understanding on power transmission & distribution markets, business models and respective commercial structures
  • An intrinsic entrepreneurial edge with a strong commercial base enriched by deep interest on technology and customer business models 
  • Mindset between customer focus, innovation, active risk-taking and risk management and pro-activeness
  • Ability and willingness to accept the uncertainties of driving innovation in a disruptive industry 
  • Experience in driving G2M of innovative technologies and implementing new business models
  • Spike in leading people in an agile and flexible environment, being a strong networker
Your responsibilities
  • You take responsibility for all commercial aspects for an innovative end-to-end business from PPM / PLM via R&D to full operations in a corporate start-up environment
  • You will be the CFO of Transmission’s most sexy growth business
  • You set the commercial course for business ramp-up needs, adapted structures and processes acting on eye level with your technical counterpart / FIRE CEO
  • You develop new and innovative services for the power transmission markets based on state-of-the-art processes (e.g. Design Thinking / Lean Startup / Scrum)
  • You are the critical challenger, give new impulses and different perspectives based on your in-depth commercial knowledge in startup surroundings, understanding of customer structures, funding aspects and business model needs
  • You drive development and benchmarking whilst constantly adjusting strategies to new customer and market insights
  • You lead and grow our team of highly motivated innovators achieving the FIRE mission and maximizing own impact on organization and people
  • You will lead by driving innovation: 
    Creating an environment (culture) that inspires people to generate novel solutions with measurable impact;
    - Encouraging experimentation with new ways to solve work problems
