- Support the Global HR Business Partners on all matters of people development, e.g. succession planning, competence management, etc.
- Support organizational changes by handling large data volumes and working closely with key customers and interfaces in the business units
- Support reporting and data analysis
- Preparation of management meetings, workshops and creation of presentations
- Administrative tasks such as handling calendars, travel expense reimbursement and other special topics
- Current studies in economics or psychology with focus on Human Resources (HR), preferably in an advanced semester
- First experience in an HR environment, initial experience in project management is desirable
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint and like to conceptualize ideas
- Proficient in English and willing to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies
- Self-starter with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- Willing to work about 20 hours a week
