A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Financial Analyst, responsibilities include running daily operational accounting activities across the full accounting cycle and assisting with month-end close processes. This role also involves supporting forecasting activities, preparing monthly reconciliations to ensure the integrity of data, and conducting central controlling tasks, such as cost center reviews. Additionally, the Financial Analyst is responsible for performance control monitoring, focusing on key forecasting metrics to drive financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Performing full cycle accounting including managing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing monthly accruals, and intercompany balances.
  • Conducting comprehensive financial tasks across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods, assessing trends and discrepancies.
  • Supporting with the monthly Forecast process, ensuring accurate and timely data submissions
  • Closely monitoring central cost center activities and making recommendations to the upper management
  • Supporting quarterly and annual Audit activity by providing accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Reviewing and analysing Accounts Receivable portfolio to ensure timely collections.
  • Working collaboratively across departments to ensure financial precision and recommend process enhancements.
  • Maintaining and preparing required documentation including process documentation.
  • Closely monitoring invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions between intercompany (ICC invoicing).
  • Assisting with ad hoc requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Working collaboratively across departments to ensure financial precision and recommend process enhancements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant accounting or finance working experience
  • 1 year of experience working with SAP
  • MS Office knowledge. Strong Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills in direct support for the head of global organization.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
