The Senior Package Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Testing at the Dammam facility, acting as a key link between various groups within the local organization. This position involves extensive interaction and influence across teams. The selected candidate will also engage with the global Turbomachinery Products Manufacturing community, sharing best practices and staying updated on the latest product and technology developments. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Monitor document turnaround times for both customer and internal documentation, defining and communicating deadlines for submissions and reviews.
• Schedule consistent follow-ups with team members and customers to ensure timely document reviews and returns, while engaging in design and specification discussions to understand customer requirements and constraints.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, paying close attention to customer feedback and concerns to effectively address their needs.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to build trust and ensure effective communication, while keeping well-organized project-related documents and communications.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them before they escalate, continuously seeking ways to enhance processes and communication strategies.
• Support all manufacturing operations, including assembly, testing, packaging, logistics, and warehousing, to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of equipment, while promoting a Lean Transformation culture by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and targeting waste in manufacturing operations.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related engineering field, with advanced relevant experience in turbomachinery assembly or manufacturing considered as a substitute for degree qualifications.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment manufacturing, encompassing at least two roles in engineering, manufacturing, testing, or project management operations.
• Demonstrable expertise (2-3 years) in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production, and test support functions related to Siemens Energy application products, including gas turbines and turbo-compressors.
• Proficient in ERP (SAP) and TeamCenter system navigation, with advanced skills in the MS Office suite.
• Experience with Aramco specifications and 9COM certification would be a significant advantage.
• Strong background in managing complex manufacturing processes and supporting functions, contributing to the successful delivery of rotating equipment projects.
