• Monitoring Document Turnaround Times for customer and internal documentation.
• Define and communicate deadlines for document submissions and reviews.
• Schedule consistent follow-ups with team members and customers to ensure timely document reviews and returns.
• Engaging in Design/Specification Discussions with Customers and understand the customer's requirements and constraints.

• Support all manufacturing operations such as assembly, testing, packaging, logistics and warehousing to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective completion of equipment built at the facility
• Help lead and promote the Lean Transformation culture by identifying and implementing continuous improvement as wells as step change capital projects and systematically targeting waste in all areas of the Manufacturing operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial or other equivalent and related Engineering field (advanced relevant role in Turbomachinery assembly or manufacturing may be substituted for Degree Qualifications)
• 10-15 years relevant experience in Rotating Equipment Manufacturing though a combination of at least two roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing or Project Management operations
• Demonstrable expertise (2-3 years) in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production and Test support functions related to Siemens Energy application products (Gas Turbines, Turbo-Compressors and respective Packages).
• ERP (SAP) and TeamCenter system navigation and advanced proficiency in MS Office suite are also highly desirable.
• Experience with Aramco specifications and 9COM certification would be a significant advantage.

The Senior Package Engineer, being an agent of change key to supporting all Engineering, Manufacturing and Test at the Damman facility, will become a link between many groups and parts of the local organization, with a broad spectrum of interaction and influence.

The selected candidate will also become an active participant and gain visibility in the global Turbomachinery Products Manufacturing community, to share best practices and stay appraised of latest product and technology developments.
