- Taking responsibility and representing your product and the company both externally and internally as well as supporting sales with technical questions
- Staying on top of projects, gathering lessons learned throughout the entire project execution, evaluating them, and incorporating them into your product
- Managing development projects, DtC measures, benchmarks, product maintenance projects, and business case evaluations in the field of water electrolysis and your product
- Acting as the central contact person for cross-project ad-hoc issues, working under high time pressure to develop solutions with the teams, inform management, and connect with customers
- Making design decisions, accompany development projects through to implementation, and support them in achieving target costs, e.g., through bottom-up cost models and analyses of scenarios, risks, or deviations
- Identifying cost-saving potentials, propose design changes, highlight possible risks, and prioritize savings potentials
- A successfully completed degree in process engineering, electrical or energy engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Knowledge in electrochemistry is a plus.
- Several years of professional experience in product development and/or technical project or product management, preferably in the hydrogen sector.
- Proven experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly among development, engineering, project management, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
- Hands-on experience with electrolysers or systems handling flammable gases.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions, along with excellent communication skills, including working with remote teams.
- Willingness to travel and fluency in both English and German.
