A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Head of New Unit Sales - Europe for Compression will be responsible for leading the sales team in the Europe region. The role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers. Additionally, the role will focus on growing the Decarb business and developing people and building leaders within the sales team.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers
  • Lead the sales team in the Europe region and implement a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
  • Develop people, build leaders and promote independent thinking within the sales team
  • Focus on growing the Decarb business within the region

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales, Bid Management, Project Management, or equivalent; experience in the Compression business is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team together with strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the Decarb business and market trends is a plus
