- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers
- Lead the sales team in the Europe region and implement a deep understanding of the market and industry trends
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
- Develop people, build leaders and promote independent thinking within the sales team
- Focus on growing the Decarb business within the region
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales, Bid Management, Project Management, or equivalent; experience in the Compression business is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team together with strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the Decarb business and market trends is a plus
