A Snapshot of Your Day

The Cycle Count Analyst/Material Handler will be responsible for managing and completing cycle counting processes to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify discrepancies, analyze inventory data, and implement corrective actions to optimize inventory management. Applying your experience in warehouse logistics, combined with your expertise in SAP knowledge, for customer order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport stored items from warehouse to dock or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.
  • Pick, pack and ship material.
  • Apply SAP knowledge and warehouse logistics experience for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory records in SAP. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma/GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a diverse warehouse environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP system is required.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
