        A Snapshot of Your Day 

        You will be part of the cybersecurity management team reporting to the Chief Cybersecurity Officer, delivering as “one team” to secure our energy assets, to build our business of tomorrow, and to shape our ecosystem.

        How You’ll Make an Impact 
        • Providing guidance on cybersecurity best practices and required standards and regulations
        • Explaining our cybersecurity guardrails and minimum requirements to our business contacts
        • Developing the risk awareness communication with our colleagues and businesses to support the cyber risk threat mitigation at its best  
        • Supporting the business in all questions to ensure resilience of the company’s portfolio, manufacturing, and production sites as well as the IT/OT infrastructure
        • Supporting the business in developing and driving their respective cybersecurity strategies
        • Driving the implementation and usage of cybersecurity measures and solutions where applicable
        • Maintaining an active cybersecurity community across Siemens Energy for digital, industrial & information security communities
        • Leading by example with new ways of working to empower our employees and lead ~50 employees in more than 10 locations globally.
        What You Bring
        • Professional experience across different functions and businesses with a minimum experience of 10 years in Cybersecurity Technology (Information Security or Industrial Cybersecurity), and Senior Management Community Communications
        • University degree in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field
        • Being a diversity & equity champion, being mindful, inclusive and helping others to be successful for Siemens Energy
        • The ability to use a variety of leadership skills and styles; you are passionate about people and you show a strong ability to lead, coach and develop teams, which have the strategic foresight to drive cybersecurity into the future
        • The ability to work collaboratively in global networks and secure the implementation of cybersecurity solutions
        • Business-fluent English language skills
        • Being bold, decisive, and courageous: You think about the big-picture, test new things and you think for Siemens Energy as a whole
