A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student within the Supplier Quality & Development team, you will support the optimization of supplier data management. To achieve this objective, you will focus on two key areas: Supplier Data Management & Maintenance and Process Support & Improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleansing, and analyzing supplier quality data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Furthermore, you will assist in documenting, reviewing, and optimizing related workflows and processes, thereby contributing to greater efficiency, transparency, and data quality across supplier quality management activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Collection, consolidation, and cleansing of supplier quality data from multiple internal systems and sources
- Maintenance and updating of supplier information to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across procurement databases
- Preparation and reporting of supplier performance metrics, including dashboards, reports, and management presentations
- Execution of data quality checks and analysis of data discrepancies, including support for issue resolution
- Documentation and continuous improvement of supplier data management processes, workflows, and related standards
- Identification and evaluation of process optimization and automation opportunities, as well as support for supplier quality and digitalization projects
What You Bring- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Initial practical experience gained through an internship, working student position, or comparable professional activity
- Fluency in English; German language skills considered an advantage
- Proficiency in data management, data analysis, reporting, and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a high level of attention to detail
- Collaborative working style combined with an understanding of procurement processes and data quality requirements
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
