A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Working Student in the Real Estate Portfolio Management team, you will support the strategic and data-based decision-making process at Real Estate. Your main tasks will include assisting with data analysis, preparation, and visualization in the context of our real estate portfolio, consisting of industrial and office sites in almost 90 countries. A variety of projects and a diverse tool landscape will ensure an exciting and interesting workday! Join our multinational team as a Working Student, either in Germany (in Hamburg or Berlin), starting immediately. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Oversight and tracking of real estate portfolio and project data across multiple data sources
  • Creation and maintenance of recurring reports and visualizations, including Power BI dashboards and PowerPoint presentations
  • Preparation of ad‑hoc reports through data extraction, consolidation, and validation from various sources
  • Identification and resolution of data quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Provision of data analysis and reporting support for real estate portfolio projects and preparations of location overviews in Powerpoint
What You Bring
  • Current field of studies in Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in data analytics and enthusiasm for digitalization
  • Affinity for real estate topics and portfolio-related subjects
  • Very good proficiency in English
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
