How You’ll Make an Impact
- Creating and preparing various reports to support business decisions
- Assist in analysing monthly costs for research and development projects to ensure financial efficiency
- Assist in finding opportunities to improve reporting processes and implement improvements
- Supporting the development of internal and external co-operation agreements
- Compile required documentation for government grant applications
- Support in liaising with accounting for internal billing requests and reconciliations
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, first experiences in automating processes (for example with Alteryx, KNIME..)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Interest in finance, reporting, and project management
- Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus
