A Snapshot of Your Day
As a working student supporting the Siemens Energy Global Human Resources Grid Technologies (HR GT) team, you will play a role in shaping our global people strategy and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to facilitate data-driven decision-making within the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with various team members and stakeholders on a range of HR topics. This opportunity is designed to last between 12 to 18 months, offering you valuable experience and insights into the HR field.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct research on external trends and benchmarks to stay informed and competitive.
- Collect data from diverse sources, including databases, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Create and refine various communications and documents, such as presentations and Excel templates.
- Assist the HR team with projects and special events, contributing to their successful execution
What you Bring
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Possesses an improvement and solution-driven mindset.
- Exhibits excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); familiar with data analytic tools such as Tableau and AI prompts.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
