Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student in the HR department, you will be a key support to the HRBPs team. Your main tasks will include upgrading our Employees Experience, revamping the onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also be involved in assessing the capability building needs and in organizing developmental and inspirational workshops for our Talents. 

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with global standards
• Supporting HR activities across the employee lifecycle (from hiring to offboarding)
• Delivering onboarding activities, training, and employee development initiatives
• Maintaining employee documentation and Data accuracy
• Preparing basic HR reports and analyses
• Improving communication with employees and helping manage HR-related inquiries

What You Bring:

• Currently enrolled (or a recent graduate) at a university (preferably in a Master’s program) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Availability to stay with us for at least the next 18 months
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
• Previous experience in HR or similar role is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; basic German skills are a plus
• Strong interest in HR topics and people-related processes
• Open-mindedness and eagerness to work in an international environment
• Proactive attitude, motivation to learn, and willingness to contribute to team and company success

About the Team

In this role, you will be part of Human Resources Business Partners. This team is responsible for strategic advisory to business units and function leaders. Driving the talent agenda and organizational design in service of business priorities. You can expect to receive full trust and autonomy to grow and succeed.
