Join our Finance Execution Performance team within the Wind Power Onshore division as a temporary intern! Imagine being at the heart of our operations, where you will assist with daily tasks, reporting, and data analysis to ensure business continuity over the next 12 months. You will play a vital role in financial reporting, operational process support, and administrative collaboration, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will assist in collecting and consolidating financial data from various sources to create performance reports.
• You will support the preparation of standard monthly and quarterly financial presentations and dashboards, ensuring data integrity in reporting tools and spreadsheets.
• You will help track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational execution, providing valuable insights to the team.
• You will collaborate with team members to prepare materials and presentations for internal meetings, enhancing communication and teamwork.
• You will actively participate in team meetings to understand business context and financial processes, engaging in training opportunities to develop foundational skills in financial control and analysis.

What You Bring

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to team objectives.
• You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• You have attention to detail and a keen interest in data analysis.
• Previous experience with Power BI or SAP is a plus, but not required.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic financial department in the SEA region, where you will gain significant visibility across all financial aspects, from project construction to maintenance. This role offers you the chance to see the entire reporting process and contribute to the implementation of new processes within the department. Initially, you will focus on situating yourself in the position, understanding the organization, and adapting to the daily variations in reporting. Each report will tell a different story, and you will work closely with your team to enhance processes and generate valuable insights.
