Join our dynamic team as an EQS Working Student! Imagine engaging in meaningful projects that strengthen our internal communication systems while promoting data-driven transparency. You will gain hands-on experience in a global business environment, developing valuable skills in data handling, analytics, and digital tool implementation. In this role, you will maintain the accuracy and clarity of our reporting, support the update of metric dashboards, and collaborate on enhancing data visualizations. Get ready to explore tools like Copilot, Power BI, and Power Apps to create impactful reporting solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights for our leadership and stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the updating and maintenance of key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
- Clean, organize, and prepare data using Excel to guarantee clarity in all reports.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance data visualization, making complex information accessible for stakeholders.
- Prepare materials and visual content for EQS workshops, summits, and training sessions, contributing to the development of the Manufacturing System.
- Explore and utilize low-code tools like Power Apps and Power BI to build and improve digital solutions for internal communication.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Communications, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning and organization is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Copilot is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards task management.
- Proficiency in English is required.
About the Team
You will be joining the Siemens Energy Grid Technology Switchgears EQS team, consisting of heads of department at the n-3 level. You will report to the head of EQS in Switchgears and work closely with head of departments. This collaborative environment will allow you to directly engage with both the assistant and the manager, providing you with valuable insights and support as you contribute to our shared mission.
