A Snapshot of Your Day

Our Richland, MS facility is looking for an administrator to lead our warranty requests and sales and use tax backlog. This role will be responsible for coordinating with our customer service department to fulfil customer needs related to warranty issues. Create sales orders for spare parts purchases. Request tax documents related to tax short payments and issue credits in our system for approved tax adjustments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support customers by entering warranty orders
  • Support customers by handling spare parts orders
  • Improve Accounts Receivable by reducing tax backlog
  • Work with internal tax team to initiate refunds for tax overpayments

What You Bring

  • SAP Experience
  • 2-5 Years warranty experience
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented, self-starting, goal oriented, and coordinated

About the Team

Siemens Energy Inc. in Richland, MS is the center of competence in the US market for High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Distribution Transformers and Voltage Regulators and Medium Voltage & High Voltage Surge Arresters. These products are sold to electric utilities and industrial customers. The circuit breaker and transformer products are produced in the Richland facility.
