A Snapshot of Your Day:

As a Transformation & Governance Officer, you will be a strategic partner to the General Manager, targeting seasoned leaders with a strong background in enterprise governance and business transformation. You will spearhead meaningful projects that establish structured governance frameworks, optimize end-to-end processes, and enhance performance visibility, directly impacting organizational efficiency and supporting Siemens Energy’s growth ambitions. Expect a collaborative team culture that values accountability, innovation, and execution excellence, where your contributions will drive alignment across departments and elevate client and partner relationships.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager, driving organizational priorities and execution discipline.
  • Establish and lead governance frameworks to ensure effective coordination and accountability across departments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting business performance.
  • Lead the company’s contract governance framework, ensuring commercial oversight and risk management.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve scalability and operational consistency.
  • Monitor organizational performance against strategic objectives and drive data-based accountability discussions.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise operations, business transformation, or governance.
  • Proven experience in complex, matrixed business environments and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong background in contract governance, commercial management, and enterprise risk frameworks.
  • Experience in establishing KPI frameworks and executive reporting structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
