How to contribute to our vision
This is a temporary, entry-level Trainee position within the Power Transformers Guanajuato manufacturing unit, created to support the onboarding activities for a significant plant expansion project (STM 300). To meet this objective, the role will focus on two core areas: learning and assisting with fundamental manufacturing processes within a designated production cell ('Celda 3'), and actively participating in the onboarding and training programs related to the expansion. Given the focus on learning and operational support, the ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate in a relevant engineering field. Key requirements include a strong aptitude for learning, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting production and training initiatives.
