A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Tower Procurement Head, in Siemens Gamesa; you will strategically develop and implement the Procurement strategy in alignment with the Tower strategy, ensuring accountability for both Strategic and Tactical Procurement of all Tower commodities. You will lead escalations and negotiations for major Tower accounts while interfacing with C-Level executives and key partners, ensuring adherence to Procurement standards and contributing to overarching Supply Chain Management/Procurement programs & initiatives

How You’ll Make an Impact
•  Develop and deploy Procurement strategy according to the Tower strategy.
•  Lead the Strategic and Tactical Procurement of all Tower commodities, including escalations and negotiations for major Tower accounts.
•  Act as the interface on C-Level with our main Tower partners and ensure implementation of Procurement standards, regulations and guidelines.
•  Implement effective risk management measures and ensure efficiency of Procurement operations.
•  Head the assigned team, leading all related staff and representing Towers in the Procurement Leadership Council.
•  Be responsible for PVO, CoO/FTE, and other related KPIs.

What you Bring

•  A master’s degree in finance, Economics, Management, or Business Management Administration.
•  Demonstrated experience in one of the following fields: Renewable Energy, Construction and Civil Works, or Transport, Logistics, and Distribution.
•  A result-oriented mindset with expertise in leading and empowering teams.
•  Strong communication skills and expertise in relationship management and strategy setting.
•  A proven track record in leading Procurement teams and complex negotiations, being responsible for the strategy, budget and team development
•  Fluency in English B2+
