You will work closely with the Latin America Tool Depot Service Engineer to keep operations on track.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Boost outage readiness by leading tool inventory coordination by ensuring kit availability for outages, managing overall inventory levels, and developing plans based on outage forecasts.
  • Streamline inventory & compliance by managing stock levels, updating inventory status, and ensuring certification compliance for durable tools and equipment by following established policies.
  • Improve kit availability by coordinating kit replacements, monitor tool usage, minimize unavailability, and optimize tool allocation across outages and projects.
  • Optimize logistics to assess and coordinate all transportation needs, managing requirements for tooling mobilization and demobilization.
  • Drive data-driven decisions by providing weekly updates on kit status (partial, in job, available) to the Tool Depot Service Engineer, enabling informed operational decisions.
  • Strengthen safety & efficiency by maintaining safe warehouse operations, ensure protocol and chemical‑handling compliance, and manage tool receipt and replenishment by coordinating materials, restocking, and updating inventory records.

What You Bring

  • Strong operational and logistics capabilities, including coordinating tool flow, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Highly detail‑oriented approach to tracking inventory, certifications, and kit status to maintain accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
  • A proactive, problem‑solving professional with a focus on optimizing tool management and driving continuous improvement, while maintaining a safety‑focused, collaborative, and adaptable work style committed to enforcing EHS protocols, safely handling chemicals, working effectively with engineers and supervisors, and supporting dynamic outage readiness needs.
  • Intermediate fluency in Spanish to support cross‑regional communication.
  • Ability to travel 5% domestically and internationally.
