A Snapshot of Your Day

Getting input from peer departments regarding what needs to be registered throughout the ERP and other systems. Preparing the support databases and charts to the Production, and Production Fine Planner Team. Processing the inputs that should be fine-tuned in the production plan.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Daily contact with Customer Service and Sales regarding the Customers’ necessities
• Generating the capacity plan, considering the different factors
• Preparing and updating the weekly production plan
• Registering the production orders within the ERP (SAP, Opcenter) – normal, and rework, other special
• Facilitation of weekly follow-up meetings with the relevant departments (Sales, Customer Service, Technology Center, Production, Procurement)
• Driving position-related improvement projects (eg. new software and/or process flow)

What You Bring 

• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, and planning activity
• Good understanding and quick adaptation of different processes and their connection
• Be a team player, experienced in working with international partners
• Have the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, with time pressure
• Energetic, creative and proactive personality
• Solid English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must
• Knowledge of planning ERP, and / or planning tools – SAP / Oracle,
• Mechanical - or/and economical degree
