A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you’ll work closely with all levels of the organization to develop, execute, document, and present employee training that complies with customer, regulatory, and quality system requirements in the Gibsonton Florida Location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Will work with Process Owners, Supervisors and Managers to develop training plans for positions in their areas.
• Will coordinate training, presentations, and on-the-job training to the training position plan for the position and training required for all employees.
• Will identify individual, group, team, divisional, departmental, and organizational training opportunities improving training effectiveness and processes.
• Assisting with methods to deliver and document employee training, presentations, and evaluations.
• Monitoring, recording, and maintaining employee training and authorizations required for their position in QT9.
• Collaborating with engineering and quality to develop and present training of new or revised processes.

What You Bring

• Associate degree in a closely related field or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Experience training or teaching technical subjects.
• Demonstrated skill in writing and editing clearly and concisely for instructional purposes and in the use of computer publishing and presentation applications.
• Experience with creating training plans for positions and delivering customer service collaborating with all levels of the organization.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
