A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Technical Project Manager in the Resident Engineering team, you’ll be the technical backbone supporting sales and execution phases of wind energy projects in Korea and the APAC region. Your day will involve interfacing with internal teams and external stakeholders, analyzing project specifications, coordinating certifications, and ensuring technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

●      Provide technical support to Sales during the project sale cycle and after-sales execution until COD.

●      Analyze project specifications to identify deviations and risks, supporting commercial teams with documentation.

●      Lead technical negotiations with customers and convert opportunities into supply agreements.

●      Coordinate product testing, inspection, and certification to meet local grid and industry standards.

●      Act as liaison with clients, utilities, authorities, and government departments.

●      Represent AP Engineering in major event investigations and resolution efforts.

What You Bring 

●      Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering (preferably electrical power systems, motors, automation; mechanical or SCADA-related also considered).

●      Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology, engineering, or product development—wind energy preferred.

●      Familiarity with MV voltage equipment, grid connection, generators, converters, transformers, and PLC control.

●      Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently or in teams under pressure.

●      Willingness to travel frequently across the APAC region.

●      Experience in training development and delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
