A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) Transformer Digitalization, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging market needs with technical feasibility. Imagine shaping end-to-end solution concepts that encompass edge devices, sensors, connectivity, data pipelines, and applications. You will ensure technical coherence across various product variants and drive the readiness for scalable deployment, making a significant impact in the energy sector.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will translate product strategy into clear system-level requirements, architecture guardrails, and variant definitions, whether for brownfield or greenfield projects.
- Own the technical scope, acceptance criteria, and “definition of done” for major capabilities, including data models, diagnostics, integrations, and cybersecurity.
- Drive essential trade-off decisions regarding cost, accuracy, and complexity in collaboration with engineering, testing, and quality teams.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across modules such as sensors, gateways, firmware, backend, UI, and APIs, ensuring smooth release trains.
- Establish requirements traceability and ensure that verification and validation planning supports certification and customer acceptance.
- Support technical customer engagements through deep-dives, solution workshops, escalations, and pilot retrospectives.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, embedded/IoT, or software systems, showcasing strong systems thinking.
- Your experience includes defining technical requirements and collaborating with architects and engineering teams on end-to-end solutions.
- You possess a working knowledge of monitoring and condition assessment concepts, as well as industrial communications and integration patterns.
- As a structured problem solver with a pragmatic mindset, you maintain strong documentation discipline.
- Your strong collaboration and influencing skills enable you to work effectively across globally distributed teams.
