How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assist in the preparation of civil layouts, structural drawings, and technical specifications, ensuring adherence to standards like EUROCODE, ACI, and ASTM.
• Maintain detailed documentation of design changes, technical data, and project progress to support seamless project execution.
• Engage actively in site work, gaining hands-on experience and supporting teams in implementing civil works according to approved designs and safety guidelines.
• Participate in inspections and audits to uphold engineering and HSE standards, contributing to quality assurance.
• Provide technical assistance in material selection, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, mechanical, and architectural experts, to ensure integrated project delivery.

What You Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Enrollment in a Master’s program would be advantageous. 
• Around 1–3 years of experience in civil engineering projects, including internships or training programs demonstrating foundational industry knowledge.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools, and MS Office, with familiarity in structural analysis software considered advantageous.
• Solid understanding of civil design standards, construction processes, and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and innovation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, essential for effective collaboration and project success.
• Certifications in safety training (HSE awareness) would be advantageous and basic project management or quality control awareness.
