役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
In your new role as a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of consultants in the development and implementation of energy transformation projects within Siemens Energy’s Grid Consulting service. You will oversee the execution of studies, business case and techno-economic analyses, and proof-of-concept initiatives for energy system operators, industrial and commercial enterprises, and energy asset developers.
You will lead your team in delivering business transformation projects and organizational change initiatives across the industry. A key part of your day will involve mentoring team members, managing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will also support customer relationship management and contribute to business development efforts. Representing the team in internal and external forums, including standardization committees, working groups, workshops, and conferences, will round off your day.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Leading and mentoring a team of consultants to deliver impactful energy transformation projects
- Overseeing the development of decarbonization and digitalization strategies and roadmaps for clients globally
- Ensuring high-quality project execution through effective planning, coordination, and quality assurance
- Supporting business development by identifying opportunities and presenting service capabilities to clients
- Strengthening client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence
What You Bring
- University degree in engineering, business, or economics; PhD or MBA is a plus
- Professional experience in consulting (minimum 5 years), with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Expertise in one or more of the following: energy system decarbonization, renewable energy and storage, power utilities, industrial decarbonization, digitalization, energy system modelling, or business transformation
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing talent and fostering collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in a business environment – fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Strategic thinking, organizational acumen, and the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
