However, there is a possibility of being transferred to a direct employment position with Siemens Energy at a later time.

We are currently seeking motivated, technology savvy recruiting professional to work closely with our Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans in Austria. This role will suit individuals with a passion for customer excellence and collaboration to meet our hiring needs. It's an outstanding time to join Siemens Energy. As a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team for South East Europe you will work alongside a global team of TA Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists.

We are delighted to offer flexible working arrangements (home office, flexible working time) with occasional travel required to our sites in Austria. 

You will be supporting recruitment activities for our sites in Austria, therefore would be ideal you are located either in Weiz, Linz, Graz or Vienna.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Taking full responsibility for the recruitment framework from start to filling the requisition
  • Actively participating in the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and best practices to support the assigned business area
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of current labor market trends, competitors, and general recruiting intelligence
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners in the assigned business area
  • Building a community of potential future candidates in alignment with hiring plans, ensuring exceptional communication and experiences for candidates
  • Applying various creative techniques to proactively identify, source, and secure talents through appropriate channels, including our ATS, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
  • Promoting diversity and inclusion at Siemens Energy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions
  • Assessing candidates through phone screens and video interviews, documenting feedback, and ensuring follow-up with hiring managers
  • Promoting Siemens Energy as an employer of choice
 

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter
  • Experience handling the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Expertise in conducting interviews and communicating offers
  • Experience directly engaging with hiring managers, providing advice on recruitment topics, guiding the process, and influencing decision-makers
  • Willingness to work on positions at various levels, from blue-collar to high-level roles
  • Preferably experience in recruiting technical profiles or a strong interest in learning
  • Proven experience working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Familiarity with Austrian labor law and collective agreements
  • Awareness and some experience with Austrian job boards
  • Knowledge of Universities, Technical high schools, the education system, and companies in Austria
  • Experience in sourcing and networking with candidates through social media and channels such as LinkedIn
  • Self-motivated with a strong aim to achieve goals and succeed, taking initiative and enjoying the recruitment process.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 51.314,34 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
