A Snapshot of Your Day:

The position will focus on establishing and managing the technical interfaces between the payroll systems and other core HR applications like Core HCM, TIME, and Concur. To achieve this, the role's responsibilities are structured into two key areas: HR System Integration Architecture & Design and Integration Implementation & Governance. This involves designing robust, scalable, and secure data exchange solutions, followed by overseeing their development, deployment, and ongoing management to ensure system compatibility and stability. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• HR System Integration Architecture & Design
  • Analyze business requirements to design scalable and secure integration architecture for payroll and other HR systems (e.g., Core HCM, TIME, Concur, benefits platforms).
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, data mapping, and solution design documents for all required interfaces.
  • Define API strategies and standards to ensure compatibility, interoperability, and stability across multiple platforms and applications.
  • Serve as the technical expert on solution design, evaluating the functionality and constraints of proposed changes across the HR systems landscape.
  • Ensure all architectural designs comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and governance policies.
• Integration Implementation & Governance
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of HR system integrations, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Establish and maintain governance processes for HR data interfaces to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage integration projects, review technical work, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, workflows, and system configurations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Significant experience as a Senior Professional (P3 level) in IT solution or integration architecture.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex system integrations, particularly using APIs, web services, and ETL processes.
• Demonstrated experience with HR systems (e.g., Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance) is highly desirable.
• Experience working independently on difficult and complex technical projects with limited supervision.
• Good communication skills, analytical Skills, troubleshooting (Problem Solving) and strategic thinking
