A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Subject Matter Expert for Processes & Tools, you will translate process requirements into effective tools and collaborate with global compliance teams to enhance our compliance system. You will lead the digitalization and automation of processes, develop compliance processes for key initiatives, and focus on projects related to process automation, visualization, and analytics, including implementation and change management.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• You will translate complex process requirements into effective tools that enhance operational tasks and improve efficiency across the organization.
• Collaborating with the global compliance organization, you will help improve Siemens Energy’s compliance system by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Your role will involve driving the digitalization and automation of processes, participating in initiatives that streamline operations and optimize workflows.
• You will conduct thorough evaluations and data analyses, using data visualization to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• By applying machine learning techniques and prescriptive data analytics, you will generate actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.
• You will manage projects focused on new tools, applications, and process automation, ensuring effective change management for smooth implementation and user adoption.

What You Bring

• A degree in business administration, law, industrial engineering, IT management, mathematics, or a related field is required, or you should have 2+ years of experience in one of these areas.
• You should have experience in project and process management, particularly with exposure to compliance domains such as human rights.
• Hands-on experience with IT programming languages and visualization tools, such as Tableau, SQL, or JavaScript, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential, while knowledge of German or other languages is a significant advantage.
• You must possess the ability to analyze complex technical and legal scenarios, simplifying intricate information into actionable solutions.
• You should be capable of working independently and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and making decisions that yield positive outcomes while inspiring your peers with confidence and innovative ideas.
