A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker at Siemens Gamesa, your day will involve supporting the Offshore Equipment Center in various administrative and logistical tasks. You will engage in maintaining material lists, creating non-conformance reports, and assisting with stock updates and inventory management. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you will enhance your organizational skills and contribute to the efficiency of offshore wind turbine projects.
The position is part-time, with flexible working hours that can accommodate your studies.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Support in Material Management
Maintain bill of materials (BOM) for various materials.
Create non-conformance reports (NCRs) to ensure quality control.
Generate Enablon/Safety observations to promote a safe working environment.
Assist with stock updates, including moving materials between plants and conducting stock inventory.
Follow up on reorder points and assist in planning and leveling out demand.
Participate in circle counts and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
What You Bring
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a Danish educational institution (please include your expected graduation date in your CV).
Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
An analytical mindset, with an outgoing personality and a quick learning ability.
A structured and organized approach to tasks, with a preference for teamwork.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage but not required.
About the Team
Join a dedicated team of 50 employees, including 10 in administration and 40 warehouse workers, all contributing to the efficient supply of logistics equipment and materials for offshore wind turbine projects. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills in a collaborative environment that values empowerment, diversity, and continuous learning.
