A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Student Worker in the Competence Management department, your day will involve providing essential support for ongoing training and development activities. You will engage in various tasks, from administrative coordination to assisting in the creation and maintenance of training materials. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you will contribute to enhancing employee skills and competence within the manufacturing setting.

The position is part-time, requiring 15-25 hours per week, with flexible working hours that can accommodate your schedule.


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Training Administration & Coordination (60%)

    • Assist with the scheduling, booking, and logistical coordination of training sessions and workshops.

    • Maintain and update training records and databases with participant information and completion status.

    • Handle routine communication with training participants, including sending invitations, reminders, and pre-course materials.

    • Prepare training facilities and ensure necessary equipment and materials are available for sessions.

  • Content & Material Support (40%)

    • Support the team in creating and formatting training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and guides.

    • Assist in organizing and updating the library of existing training documentation.

    • Help gather and compile feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement of content.


What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communication.

  • Strong organizational skills with a drive to create structure with an attention to detail. Not afraid of connecting with people in the production or other places in our business.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • A keen interest in human resources, training, or manufacturing operations,

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to learning.
