Join our dynamic Manpower Service team as a student support, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our daily operations and ensuring the seamless execution of internal processes. Your responsibilities will vary, including assisting with allocation postings in SRP, following up on time registrations, optimizing existing templates, and managing our HC tool reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with team members, gaining valuable insights into key business operations while having the opportunity to take initiative and propose improvements. How You’ll Make an Impact

As a student support in Manpower Services, your main responsibilities will be:

• You will update monthly HC tool input from OF EXE departments within our scope.

• Assist in following up on time registration on a monthly basis.

• Optimize and automate controlling templates to enhance efficiency.

• Support the posting of monthly allocation cycles to ensure accuracy.

What You Bring

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant university program (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar).

• Strong skills in Excel and a keen interest in working with data and financial tools.

• You are structured, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on assigned tasks.

• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.

About the Team

You’ll be joining the Manpower Service (MSV2) team, part of the broader PROSV (Project Services) organization, which also includes colleagues from Ports & Harbor Services and Equipment & Transport. Our team consists of six dedicated and experienced commercial business partners who support the OF EXE organization across a wide range of financial activities. We are a global team with members based in Denmark, Poland, and the UK. Together, we drive key financial processes such as monthly reporting, the annual budget cycle, and provide support on all finance-related questions in between.
