• Identify and assess strategic partnership and M&A opportunities
• Develop business cases, financial models, valuation analyses, and executive presentations
• Support due diligence and transaction execution in collaboration with Corporate M&A and cross-functional teams
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to partnership development and maintenance of strategic external relationships
• Support post-deal integration and value realization activities

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive professional experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with experience in transaction processes, due diligence, and strategic projects
• Proven track record in preparing management presentations and investment recommendations
• International experience, ideally in the United States, through professional assignments, studies, projects, or transaction exposure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, with German as a plus
