A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Site Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Baltyk2+3 site in terms of the Zero Harm policy, turbine performance, customer communication and the steering of SGREs internal personnel and it’s subcontractor’s. Furthermore, the identification of problems to update or modify existing working methods within own function or area of responsibilities as well as the upholding compliance guidelines is a prerequisite in this position.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead a Zero Harm EHS culture at the site. Implement defined superior policies and guidelines and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes procedures and/or tools.
  • Ensures the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, and profitability.
  • Primary interface at site for commercial activity, represents the site in all decision-making committees of the project (towards own management, customer and team)
  • Coordinates contractors before and during execution of work. Implements workforce development measures for site reporting and controlling.
  • Acts as primary escalation contact to customers and resolves issues with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervises/conducts the negotiations of and adherence to Service Level Agreements Supports in developing service Leads.
  • Ensures obeying regional laws and regulations. Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and lead/coordinate dedicated management and staff.
  • Responsible for all site activities where the organization holds the contract.
  • Responsible for hosting on-site Kick Off meetings prior to start of site activities. Single point of contact on-site to clients' project manager and/or site manager.
  • Keeps him- or herself informed of the QA system and the procedures related to the position and to work in accordance with the requirements defined in the QA system.
  • Keeps him- or herself informed of and follow the agreed health, safety and environmental procedures for the organization as well as the overall customer EHS plan.
  • This includes following safety procedures, waste sorting and handling of chemicals in the work area.
  • The employee is obligated to react on observed nonconformities to the written procedures and to contribute to the improvement of health, safety and the environment.

What You Bring

  • Passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to driving the energy transition.
  • TRelevant experience in the industry.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a comparable role (e.g., Site Manager, Technical Trainer, Team Leader, or similar).
  • Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Proven hands-on experience with turbines; this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Solid understanding of local regulatory requirements, including UDT, SEP, and mandatory EHS training standards.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development, coaching, empowerment, and leading by example.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and presentation tools.
  • Willingness to work in a 14/14-day rotational schedule and travel as required.
