A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a pivotal player in ensuring the seamless delivery of project components. You’ll coordinate closely with Purchasing, Order Management, and Logistics teams to keep everything on track. Your day will be filled with monitoring delivery timelines, identifying potential risks, and facilitating clear communication across departments. You’ll support project teams with delivery-related topics, ensuring smooth workflows from order to shipment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will act as the communication bridge between Purchasing and Order Management, coordinating delivery and project deadlines while expediting time-critical components.
  • Create deliveries and shipping part lists in SAP, coordinating with internal and project logistics for critical components, and support project-related delivery inquiries.
  • Prepare weekly overviews for upcoming deliveries, identify potential delivery risks early, and ensure smooth processes through effective coordination.
  • Participate in departmental coordination tasks on behalf of project management, arranging input from relevant departments both internally and externally.

What You Bring

  • A technical background, such as a technical specialist or technician qualification.
  • Professional experience in a relevant field, with strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Independence, structured work approach, and adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 (SD, PS, IM/WM modules) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience with data integration from multiple sources and a basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Interest in digitalization and process optimization tools like Excel Macros and Power BI.
  • Prior experience in communication and collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Availability for a 6-week training period in Berlin.
