Imagine leading service projects end‑to‑end, where your decisions directly shape customer satisfaction and business performance. You oversee every phase of project execution—from planning and coordination to delivery and settlement—ensuring alignment with contract requirements and company standards. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and customers, you manage resources, expectations, and risks with confidence. Through structured execution and clear communication, you ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality, while achieving strong commercial outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You lead the full service project management process, ensuring project execution aligns with company strategy and defined processes.
• You take overall responsibility for project execution, including scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality management.
• You analyze customer requirements in depth and actively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• You organize and lead cross functional teams to fulfill project requirements and customer needs.
• You act as the main interface between the Shanghai factory and internal/external stakeholders, coordinating technical clarifications, order changes, claims, and acceptance activities.
• You manage project performance, including on time delivery, revenue forecasting, profit improvement, payment support, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.
• You track the full service execution process, including participation in coordination meetings and managing BOM uploads to control progress.
• You collaborate with internal teams and sales to ensure on time project delivery and aligned execution.
• You handle project exceptions such as delivery adjustments, parameter deviations, and material discrepancies.
• You arrange and manage on site supervision, service resources, and related documentation throughout project execution and settlement.
• You support the department manager on daily operations and assigned tasks.

What You Bring

• You have proven experience working as a Project Manager.
• You demonstrate solid knowledge of GIS products and experience in the high voltage transmission business.
• You have experience working in a multinational environment; overseas experience is an advantage.
• You are resilient under pressure and adaptable to project demands, including occasional business travel.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• IPMA or PMP certification is preferred.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient in MS Office 365 and have strong presentation skills.
• You are willing and able to travel as required by project needs.
