A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in shaping the future of reciprocating compressor solutions! You will focus on the digital lifecycle within our broader compression digital portfolio, translating strategies into tangible deliverables for all reciprocating-compressor-specific digital features, analytics, diagnostic capabilities, and service enablement tools. You will coordinate with engineering, data teams, regions, and service delivery to ensure that our digital capabilities evolve consistently and reliably, meeting the needs of our fleet.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the reciprocating-compressor-specific digital product landscape, ensuring alignment with the overarching compression digital strategy.
- Maintain feature backlogs, functional requirements, and technical acceptance criteria for reciprocating scope items.
- Capture and prioritize fleet needs, including valve monitoring, rod-drop detection, and cylinder performance tracking.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to validate diagnostic algorithms and ensure data availability for reliable diagnostics.
- Support go-to-market strategies and drive service Original Equipment (OE) growth in alignment with regional business goals.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in service product management or aftermarket leadership, ideally in a technical or industrial setting.
- Strong technical understanding of reciprocating compressors, including failure modes and monitoring requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and regional teams.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of digital solutions in rotating equipment, such as remote diagnostics and cloud solutions.
